What to watch on Netflix

Some weeks are so busy or head-space filling that I find one of the only ways to switch off is to sit and immerse myself in a good series. With it being bank holiday weekend in the UK, I thought I’d share some of the series that I’ve enjoyed on Netflix recently. I would also love to hear if you have any favourites too!

10 Things you should know about owning a dog

I’ve been a dog owner for just over six years. Though it’s hard to get my head around the fact I’ve had a little buddy by my side for that long, it’s even harder to imagine life without them. Steve and I got our first dog, Bai when we were 22 years old; in hindsight, it’s quite young to have full time care of a dog and I wouldn’t say we were very prepared for the adventures and misadventures our little buddies could bring!

A Day Trip to Cambridge

You may have seen my Twitter post earlier this week about Lintenair. It’s a new travel brand that claimed to introduce city centre terminals, queue-free boarding and no baggage weight restrictions. It turns out Lintenair is actually an anagram of Trainline and all of Lintenair’s benefits already exist. Steve and I decided to test these out for ourselves and took a day out to Cambridge using a mobile train ticket booked with Trainline’s handy app.

We decided to visit a city we’d never been to before. After much deliberation, we settled on Cambridge. It’s one of the famous university towns here in the UK and when you walk around it you feel like you’re on the set of Harry Potter (always a bonus!).
